Find new herbs for any condition (some of my findings considers seniors on various classes of medications)

Gather all results from google search using a addon the automatically
scrolls google search results (like endless google) and a chrome
extention called "simple mass downloader"
2. Export results by clicking "Send to"
3. rename file to include an extenstion of txt. (ie. exported_abstracts.txt)

For Pubmed abstract file: Chop big export files into smaller pieces for
some AI's like NotebookLM with Gsplit https://www.gdgsoft.com/gsplit
3b. For Google search downloads: Lets sort the entire list of
downloaded files by number of times a keyword appear in the files
verbiage. This will allow us to filter out irrelivant studies and
webpages in which the keyword only appears a limited number of
times. Use voidtools file manager and the query shown below to
activate content indexing and there, define the folders and files to
index in the settings. Once done, back in the program, enter the
below as a single line as seen in image. Then, to sort the new
column you've created, click on its descriptive text at the top of the
column. Select files and drag and drop into NotepadLM or similar
AI.

the "chat" seen at the beginning of the below query will filter out
files that dont have "chat" in the folder name (when menu selection
"search" has folders selected) or filename. TIP: Use "!chat" to invert.
4. Send to AI and request it sort by efficacy.
5. Redo with another AI to confirm.
6. Compare reports.
7. Ask it the following question (modify for your case):
Discuss
the 20 different herbs used to regenerate cartilage, and for
each one discuss the mechanism of action and the scholarly studies and
clinical results as well as the dosage and the schedule of dosing. Is
it better to dose every other day, every day, or perhaps three or four
days a month? after you discuss all that , discuss which herbs might be
kept onhand incase any unwanted reactions occur without going into the
science of why it is needed including trouble sleeping. Spell out
all herbal substances for verification of
those attempting to write these substances down. Then create 4
sets of these
herbs with a schedule to regenerate cartilage that include short cold
turkey periods to give the liver a break. Then, after the above
is complete, consider 4 cases where elderly people
currently being prescribed a combination of two dangerous synthetic
drugs, detail only the regenerative herbs that would fit into
each of these profiles, specify if a third class of drugs could also be
accommodated by each compound or recipe you create for people on
multiple prescriptions.
After you have created two or more herbal formulas for different
ongoing ailments, ask AI to examine all the chemical pathways and
reacations occuring in each and to create a unique recipe that combines
all these organic chemistry pathways and reactions. (experimental,
still evaluating and refining this process. I'm looking at
https://github.com/ZENGJingqi/GraphAI-for-TCM, which seems capable of
this but is impossible to install. Need help with this, Python
libraries wizard needed, conflicting versions, please advise.)
